Stanley C. Evans, D.O.
Dr. Stanley C. Evans is Board Certified in Family Medicine and received his D.O. degree from the Texas College of
Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Worth, Texas. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University
of North Texas he began his post-graduate training at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Ft. Worth, Texas.
His training included family medicine, cardiology, sports medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, and ICU care. Dr. Evans
was included to the National Honor Medical Fraternity, Sigma Sigma Phi.
Veronica R. Sirls, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Veronica is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She joined Family Healthcare in Denton in June of 2004. She brings to our practice 20 years of health care and social service experience. Like her colleagues, Veronica practices evidence-based comprehensive care and enjoys promoting wellness for the entire family. She volunteers on an annual basis with Denton ISD to provide sports physicals to student athletes. Prior to joining Family Healthcare of Denton, Veronica worked in pediatrics. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the ER at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Veronica attended Texas Woman's University where she received both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nursing. Veronica is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the Denton Area Nurse Practitoners Association. In her spare time, Veronica enjoys spending quality time with her husband Rick, and children Krystal, Bobby, and Brannon. She especially enjoys spoiling her grandson Kaden.
